The Worldwide Sourcing Group, Inc. Wellbeing Program is designed to help you take charge of your health through preventive and annual screenings. By staying proactive, you can earn up to $120 in gift card rewards.
We’ve partnered with Livez for you to easily complete health self-tests virtually and to assist you with appointment scheduling for screenings that require a visit to a physician.
Open to all eligible associates, this incentive program is available for activities completed throughout the 2026 program year.
Level 1 ($20 Gift Card):
Complete all assigned self-tests in the Livez app. These are quick assessments for heart health, anxiety, and more, tailored to your personal profile.
Level 2 ($100 Gift Card):
Complete your entire personalized care plan. This includes attending your professional screenings (like annual exams or blood work) or marking them as “Done” in the app if you completed them on your own.
You will be notified by email immediately upon completing each level to claim your gift card reward.
Redeeming is simple and direct. As soon as you complete a level (Level 1 or Level 2), Livez will send your gift card reward directly to your email.
There is no need to log into any separate portal or wait for payroll processing. You earn your level, and you receive your reward immediately through the app.
To earn your $100 Level 2 reward:
– If you booked an appointment through Livez, your reward is automatically credited once the visit happens.
– If you booked an appointment outside the app, just tap “Mark as Done” in the app after your appointment is finished.
Only confirmed or completed visits count toward the $100 reward.
